Blink-182 New Album Follow The Previous Album

Blink-182 frontman Mark Hoppus has opened his band's new sixth tudio album and says the new album will include sounds that are both familiar and brand new.

According to the MTV news Hoppus said, "We've gone through a lot of really heavy stuff over the past few years . . . There's plenty of heavy stuff to write about. I think in moments it will [be dark]. We're still just barely getting into the whole writing process. We have about three or four songs done. I wouldn't say it's going to be a dark record; I think it's really an expansive record. There's stuff that sounds like what we were doing on the last Blink record, and there's stuff that sounds like what we were doing 10 years ago and stuff that we've never done before."

The new album will follow Blink's 2003 self-titled release.

A humour is on the weather that Band Blink 182 after their reformation is going to be appear at next year’s T in the Park music festival. The San Diego group have sold 25million albums globally and are due to tour the UK next summer.

Last night, According to Blink-182 saings: "The band would be honoured to play a festival that has such a great reputation.

"It's one of a number of UK festivals that get heaped with praise, and the band love the idea of playing to the Scots audiences who are regarded to be among the best in the world.
"We're going to be in the UK but have no Scottish date as yet.

"Nor do we have a date lined up in Ireland. It's either play a great festival like T in the Park or add more arena dates but those would conflict with the festival so that makes little sense."

Blink 182's musical approach has been depicted by a variety of sources as "pop punk", "punk rock", "punk revival", and "skate punk". When they generally live in concert, the group characteristically sings their songs at a more rapidly pace and often swap certain lyrics with toilet humor and various gags. Blink-182 are famous for their simple and straigt forward melodies, teen angst and occasional lyrical toilet humor. Their general keywords of songs such as love and growing up, these being fused into multiple hit singles such as "Dammit" and "What's My Age Again?". Before the launch of their new and different untitled fifth album, darker songs by the band include singles "Adam's Song" and "Stay Together for the Kids".

                        Introduction To Blink 182

Blink-182 was a Southern-Californian pop punk group that was shaped in 1992 by Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Scott Raynor in the northern San Diego village of Poway, California.

The group members were Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and drummer Travis Barker. The group is recognized for playing catchy melodies, as well as their satirical toilet humour. Identified as a group that plays up-tempo songs with famous major-chord agreement, often digitally mixed, to provide a much cleaner sound than typical punk/rock recordings generally employing distortion and ragged analogue mixes to achieve the opposite effect. The poetic content of their songs, especially prior to their last album, is often humorous and uplifting. Although the band is labelled as Blink 182 on albums prior to Raynor's departure, the specific syntax for the band's current name is blink-182, as conflicting to Blink-182 or their former name, blink. The numbers 182 were additional to the group's name to stop a copyright clash with an Irish pop/rock b ndthat calls itself "Blink".
